Mike Gann | Vice President | Ameriseal & Restoration
Mike Gann joined Ameriseal & Restoration in 2015, bringing seven years of hands-on experience as a pointer, caulker, and cleaner. His strong work ethic and leadership skills quickly set him apart, leading to his promotion to Operations Manager in January 2017. Mike was in this role for 7 years and was promoted to Vice President in the fall of 2023. Today, as Vice President, Mike Directs, Plans, and manages all company operations, working closely with his team to ensure Ameriseal provides the best service to its customers.
A lifelong Northeast Ohio native, Mike grew up in Brecksville and now resides in Richfield. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, working out, and spending time on his boat with his wife and 2 daughters.
Aaron Young | Director of Operations | AmeriSeal & Restoration
Aaron Young is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of field experience, where he developed a deep understanding of operations, project execution, and team leadership. In January 2025, he transitioned into his current role as Director of Operations at Ameriseal, bringing his hands-on expertise and commitment to excellence to a broader leadership capacity. A devoted husband and father of four, Aaron values hard work, teamwork, and integrity-principles that guide both his professional and personal life.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending his summers at the baseball field, whether coaching on his son’s team or playing the game himself. Aaron’s approach reflects Ameriseal’s core values of quality, dedication, and continuous improvement.
Jennifer Martin | Executive Administrator | AmeriSeal & Restoration
Jennifer Martin joined AmeriSeal & Restoration in 2019, bringing strong accounting expertise and organizational skills to the team. Over the past five years, she has taken on a wide range of Accounting and Administrative responsibilities, including Payroll, Union Dues, Human Resources, Accounts Payable, and daily operational support. Her dedication and attention to detail have made her an essential part of the company’s success. In her role, Jennifer also provides month-end accounting support and financial reporting assistance to the CEO, COO, and CFO, and supports the Vice President and Estimators with various administrative needs.
A graduate of the University of Akron, Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
A lifelong Northeast Ohio native, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband and their two boys. Together, they love spending time boating and relaxing at the lake.
Bob Blandford | Estimator/Project Manager | AmeriSeal & Restoration
Bob has been with AmeriSeal & Restoration since 2004, longer than any other employee besides Scott and Jason, the owners. He started in the field and worked his way into the office as an Estimator/Project Manager in 2016. He grew up in Louisville and now resides in Uniontown with his two sons and fiancée.
In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with his family hiking, kayaking, biking, and golfing.
Scott Morgan | Project Manager/Estimator | AmeriSeal & Restoration
Scott Morgan joined AmeriSeal & Restoration in 2012, bringing with him over 46 years of experience in the trade as a skilled bricklayer. His extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise make him a valuable member of the AmeriSeal team. Scott enjoys the diversity of projects the company takes on and appreciates that every day brings something new and different. His commitment to quality craftsmanship and his passion for the work continue to contribute to AmeriSeal’s success.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys hunting, traveling with his wife and close friends, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
Eric Shafer | Project Manager/Estimator | AmeriSeal & Restoration
Eric Shafer joined Ameriseal and Restoration in 2023, bringing with him over 26 years of experience in the trade, including 24 years working in the field as a foreman. With his extensive hands-on expertise and leadership background, Eric now serves as a Project Manager and Estimator, playing a key role in delivering high-quality results and ensuring client satisfaction.
A lifelong resident of Louisville, Eric lives there with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and playing poker.
