Meet the Owners of AmeriSeal and Restoration - Jason and Scott
JASON HAWS | CEO | OWNER
Jason has been with AmeriSeal since its inception, proudly hired as the company’s first employee. After nearly eight years in the field, he transitioned into Director of Operations for almost 8 years, and today serves as part-owner and CEO. Jason's role centers on guiding AmeriSeal’s strategic direction, strengthening operational discipline, and fostering a culture of resilience and accountability. Alongside his business partner Scott, he is committed to building a company that not only delivers exceptional service but also empowers its people.
Leadership, to Jason, means showing up with clarity, consistency, and care. He believes in setting ambitious benchmarks, structuring roles with precision, and keeping the team aligned through transparent communication. Jason and Scott have weathered challenges together, and the team they have in place today is one of the strongest he has ever worked with.
Outside of work, Jason starts every morning with exercise and recharges through camping, hiking, and spending time with his wife Erin and kids, Ian, Ellie, Emma, and their dogs Bentley and Charlie. Work is his passion, but it’s the people he works with who make it meaningful.
SCOTT WYLER | COO | OWNER
Scott began his career in the Bricklayers/PCC Union in 1996, over 25 years ago. In 2003, Scott joined Ameriseal & Restoration and worked in the field until 2009, when he accepted the position of Project Manager/Estimator.
Working next to Jason Haws since 2003 in the field and in the office, the opportunity came for them to purchase the company in 2015.
Scott loves spending time with his wife of 20 years, Lori, and his children, Hannah and Hunter. His hobbies are camping with his family, supporting his daughter in Cross Country and Track and Field, and hunting and fishing with his son.
REMO DIFRANCO | CFO
Remo has over 25 years of financial and operational experience in a variety of industries, as diverse as Construction, Medical Supplies and Devices, Commercial Printing, and Staffing.
As the CFO of Unified Construction, LTD., Remo oversees the finances for all portfolio companies and assists with strategic planning for all the companies.
In his free time, Remo enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
