Bob Blandford | Project Manager | Ameriseal

Bob has been with Ameriseal & Restoration since 2004.  He started in the field and worked his way into the office as an Estimator/Project Manager in 2016.  Bob grew up in Louisville and now resides in Hartville with his two sons.

Mike Gann | Vice President | Ameriseal

Mike has been with Ameriseal & Restoration since 2015.  Having seven years of experience as a pointer, caulker, cleaner before joining the team, Mike quickly moved up.  He worked in the field through 2016 and was promoted to Operations Manager in January 2017.  Mike is in charge of scheduling crews and is the main communication between the office, estimators, customers, vendors, and field personnel.  Mike grew up in Brecksville and now resides in Richfield.

In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, hunting, working out, and spending time on his boat. 

Brian Parker | Operations Manager | Ameriseal

Brian has been a Journeyman Pointer Caulker Cleaner for over 20 years. He started with Ameriseal in early 2022 and became Operations Manager

January 2023 (Quickly thereafter). Brian has sharpened his skills in the field over a long career and is excited to bring his field knowledge to the office.

A lifetime resident of Louisville, OH when not working, he enjoys golfing, waterfowl hunting, and fishing.
